• Deployed certified 110 kV jointers with full manufacturer‑approved training, ensuring all installations met specification and OEM standards.
• Completed all jointing in clean, controlled environments to protect insulation integrity and workmanship quality.
• Worked closely with Suir Engineering’s civil and electrical teams, coordinating joint‑bay construction, cable preparation and testing windows to maintain programme momentum.
• Carried out all required HV pressure testing and insulation‑resistance checks prior to handover, confirming the circuits were safe and ready for energisation.

Outcome

• Despite the complexity of the route and programme, the project was successfully delivered to the highest technical and safety standards, achieving full compliance and a defect-free handover.
• All 110 kV joints were installed in full accordance with OEM guidance and ICP quality requirements, with zero defects recorded during testing and inspection.
