IES Group has successfully acquired Nexus Power out of Administration, bringing on board a respected leader in Extra High Voltage (EHV) cable jointing and power solutions.
This strategic move enhances IESÔÇÖs capacity to deliver complex electrical works, including projects within the EHV and Offshore jointing markets, further strengthening its position as a trusted partner to clients across the UK.
Founded in 2012, Nexus Power has established a strong reputation for technical excellence and reliability. Their expertise spans high voltage jointing up to 400ÔÇ»kV, including fluidÔÇæfilled and XLPE systems. The business also offers a comprehensive range of modular power and data distribution solutions for commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial environments.
